Roast Peppers Recipe
Ingredients 3 large red peppers 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 lb 2 oz tomatoes 1/4 cup olive oil wine vinegar salt pepper 5 tsp sugar Preparation Bake peppers, half onion, 1 garlic clove and tomatoes in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
