Raspberry Vinagrette Recipe
Ingredients 3 32oz Jars Raspberry Melba 3 32oz jars water 1c. strong Dijon mustard 3 quarts red wine vinegar 1/8c granulated garlic 1/8c granulated onion 3T dried thyme salt and pepper to taste Preparation add the Melba and rinse out the jars add ingredients except the oil. put into a 5 gallon bucket, turn on the burr mixer and slowly emulsify the oil, season to taste.
