Ingredients 6 cups fresh baby spinach leaves 2 cups chopped skinned deli rotisserie chicken (from 3- to 3 1/2-lb chicken) 1 cup halved pitted Bing cherries 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (2 oz) 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium) 1/2 cup champagne dressing Preparation Place spinach on large platter. Arrange chicken, cherries, cheese and onions evenly over spinach. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
