Rhubarb Chutney Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups diced rhubarb 3/4 cup diced apple 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tbsp grated orange peel 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp minced ginger 1 teasp red-wine vinegar 1 teasp orange juice 1/4 teasp crushed red pepper Preparation Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring occassionally. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until tender, 3-6 minutes or more....
