Ingredients 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil 6 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 rutabaga (about 2 pounds), peeled and very thinly sliced Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold or russet potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
