Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients 1 pound of Brussels sprouts 1/2 cup of pinenuts 1 small (or 1/2 of a large) yellow onion finely diced 2 sprigs of fresh marjoram (leaves only) finely chopped Juice of 1/2 a meyer lemon 1/3 cup of olive oil 2 table spoons of peanut oil Preparation Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
