Ingredients 1 lb. boneless skinless salmon 2 cups thinly sliced carrots 1 cup sliced green onion 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano 8 cloves garlic, halved 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 medium orange, sliced EVO oil (optional) Preparation Cut salmon into 4 even pieces and set aside.
