Ingredients

a can of haricot beans (or your favorite type)

a can of fish (mackerel, tuna, sardines, or your favorite)

an onion

1-2 cloves of garlic

a handful of parsley

optionally:

crushed chillies or cayenne pepper

canned chopped tomatoes

Preparation

Chop the onion, garlic and parsley and heat up a frying pan. Put in the onions and cook them on a medium heat until they start to get tender and slightly browned. Then add the beans and fish (and chopped tomatoes if you like) and cook for a few more minutes until it is hot. Now add the garlic and parsley and cook (making sure it doesn’t stick) for another minute or so. Optionally, you can add a little bit of cayenne pepper or crushed chillies at the end to make it spicy. Enjoy!
