Ingredients
plum tomatoes
Dijon mustard
salt
fresh ground pepper
ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon crumb mixture over the top of each tomato half. Place under the broiler and broil until crumbs are browned and tomatoes are tender.
