Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoon peanut butter

1 in grated ginger

2 minced garlic cloves

2 pinches cayenne pepper

1 1lb package spinach rice noodles (or any brown rice spaghetti or pasta)

1 carrot, shaved

1 tablespoon sliced green onions

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Crushed red pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Blend first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with COLD water. Add pasta to bowl, toss to coat. Garnish with last 4 ingredients.
