1 Can Evaporated Milk
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper and Tobasco
Preparation
Prepare the mashed potatoes before the game. Season with garlic salt and black pepper. Brown ground beef with Tobasco Sauce to taste. Drain grease leaving one T. Add one T. Flour, browning slightly with the Beef. Add evaporated milk and stir until gravy thickens.Heat and place mashed potatoes on a slice of bread and cover with gravy. It’s delicious on a cold day with your favorite beverage!
