Ingredients

1/4 lb of round steak per guest (1 lb. for 4 guests)

(you can use pork cutlets or chicken if you wish)

1 large jar of your favorite salsa

Package of 6 inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Cut the steak into small, 1/2 inch pieces and brown them in a little oil for 5 minutes. Pour the jar of salsa over the steak, turn down heat to low and simmer until the salsa is almost a paste, about 45 minutes. Place about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture into the center of a tortilla, fold over the ends and then the sides to make a neat pocket. Keep warm in a 200 degree oven until ready to serve. Toss salad and go to it.
