Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef,cooked and grease drained off
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
3/4 to 1 lb. grated cheese
1 (16 oz) container cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
6 to 8 wide lasagne noodles, not cooked
Preparation
Combine meat, spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Layer in a 9x13x2" pan in the following order: 1/2 of meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and grated cheese. Repeat layers. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour at 375 deg. Remove from oven. Remove foil and let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
