Ingredients

2 Cups of Ditalini pasta or elbow macaroni

2 16 oz cans baked beans (Campbells)

1 14 oz can chicken broth

1 28 oz can tomato sauce

1 medium chopped onion

3 clove chopped garlic

4 Tablespoons olive oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Boil macaroni until tender. Heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic till transparent. Stir in beans, salt and pepper - simmer 3 minutes to mix flavors. Add chicken broth and tomato sauce - simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni simmer another 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
