Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c oil

1/4 c powdered milk

1 pkg yeast

1 tsp salt

4 c all purpose flour

Preparation

Combine top 4 ingredients Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1 c warm water After 5 minutes, add two mixtures Then add salt and flour, stir until well mixed

Cover bowl and leave on counter overnight - do not refrigerate

Roll out on bloured board in circle shape. Cut into 12 pie shaped pieces. Roll into crescents

Place on greased sheet, cover with towel, and let raise for 4 hrs.

Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter
