4 CHICKEN FLAVORED BOULLION CUBES (OTHER FLAVORS CAN BE SUBSTITUTED)
8 0UNCES ORZO
4 OUNCES MUSHROOMS
1/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
1 POUND COOKED, PEELED, DEVINED SHRIMP
1 TABLESPOON FRESH CHOPPED BASIL
LEMON, TO TASTE
Preparation
BROIL WATER FOR ORZO. ADD BOULLION TO WATER, LET DESOLVE. ADD ORZO TO BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 10-12 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM STOVE. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO ORZO AND STIR. SERVE.
