Ingredients

2 pound flank steak

Marinade:

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1+ teaspoon pepper

1+ teaspoon ground ginger

1-2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients for marinade in gallon-sized ziploc bag. Add flank steak and marinate for 4-10 hours.

Grill steak until it reaches your desired doneness. Cover and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice flank steak thinly, against the grain of the meat, at a roughly 45 degree angle. Enjoy!
