Ingredients

One pound frozen boneless,

skinless chicken breast meat.

4 cups instant rice

one package frozen green beans.

3 tablespoons McCormick Vegetable Supreme seasoning

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 cup Chopped onion

4 tablespoons flax seed or sunflower seed

1 cup raisins

3/4 cup grated parmesean

Preparation

Prepare rice as directed. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Prepare beans as directed on package. In a deep skillet, put one half cup olive oil and brown chicken breast strips. Set aside. In same pan stir in cooked rice, McCormick vegetable supreme, garlic powder, onion, flax seed, and raisins, and green beans, until rice in lightly browned. Put in a 2 quart casserole and top with browned chicken and parmesean cheese.
