Ingredients
A store or bakery brought sugar free pound cake.
One container of light Vanilla or Lemon Yogurt
2 ripe mangoes
2 desert plates
a few sprigs of mint.
Preparation
Wash Mangoes. Cube or slice the fruit and arrange nicely on 2 desert plates. Put one slice of pound cake on each plate. Take a generous tablespoon of yogurt and spoon over each slice. add mint leaf and enjoy!
