Preparation
Saturday: Precook chicken by boiling in covered kettle ’til done. Keep the broth for gravy or soup. Refrigerate chicken after seasoning it with terraki sauce. Sunday: Place chicken on grill turned on low. Apply bbq sauce liberally, turn and brown, do this on both sides. When sauce is browned, chicken will be hot and ready to eat.
