Ingredients

15 oz can white beans, rinsed & drained

15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained

15 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained

1 lb turkey polska kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces

15 oz can tomato sauce

1 cup carrots, thinly sliced

2 small onions, thinly sliced

1/2 cup red wine

2 tbl brown sugar, firmly packed

2 tbl fresh thyme leaves

2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-qt casserole.

  3. Cover & bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour or until hot & bubbly.
