Ingredients

1 lb hot dogs cut on slant into 1-1 1/2" chuncks

2 cans sliced potatoes (14 oz)

1/4 cup water saved from potatoes

1 jar roasted red peppers (12 oz) roughly sliced

1 large onion - thinly sliced

6 tablespoons olive oil or garlic oil

1 tbls garlic pepper or italian seasoning

salt to taste

Preparation

In large frying pan brown hot dog chunks and sliced onion in oil. Add potatoes and seasonings and keep frying on medium high till potatoes start to brown, then add roasted peppers, stirring till mixture starts to stick. Add only enough potato water to cover bottom of pan and simmer approximately 8 minutes. Serve in pocket bread or on hoagie rolls.
