Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1/2 Cup of Chopped Green Bell Pepper

2 Cups of Chopped Cooked Chicken

2 Cups of Cooked Rice

One 15 Ounce can of Kidney Beans

One 14 Ounce can of chopped tomatoes

1 cup of med salsa

1 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Preparation

In a large skillet, combine oil, onion and green pepers over low heat 5 mins, or until onion and green pepper are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in Chicken, Rice, Kidney Beans, Tomatoes, Salsa, Thyme. Bring to a Boil. Reduce heat; Simmer for 10 to 15 mins then serve.
