Ingredients
1/2 lb bacon fried and crumbled into bit-size pieces.
1 lb lamb (or pork) - cut into bite-size pieces and fry in the bacon grease
5 potatoes boiled then mashed
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves - crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 pre-made pie crust
Preparation
Fry bacon and lamb and set aside. Prepare potatoes. Heat onions and garlic until clear. Combine all ingredients and place in pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
