Ingredients

1 cup fine semolina(rava)

1 cup finely shredded cabbage

1 cup yougurt

finely chopped 1/2green chillies

1 sachet eno fruit salt

salt to taste

chopped coriander for color

Preparation

grease a mini idli stand plates.in a big pot/pressure cooker boil water.meantime ,mix all above mentioned ingredients.its shd not be runny,or too thick,shd be able to drop spoonful into the indli plates.when water in boiling put the stand for steaming,abt 20 mins.when cooked,remone from the plates with a spoon.serve hot with green chutney.its a quick snack recipe,instant for guests,hungry kids.
