Ingredients
3 cups thinly sliced English cucumbers
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 sweet green pepper, slivered
1 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp celery seeds
Preparation
Combine cucumbers, onion, green pepper.
Mix together sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seeds.
Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally before serving. Can be made 1 day ahead.
