Ingredients

4-5 Rashers Bacon

1 - 2 Onions

1 large tin diced tomatoes

1/2 cup red wine

4 - 6 packets 1 minute noodles

(I use home brand, no flavour sachets)

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry diced onions, add diced bacon. When cooked add tomatoes and red wine, reduce slightly. Cook noodles(Do not over cook). Add noodles to mixture and stir through, season and serve.
