Ingredients
frozen shrimp (enough for one)
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp tumuric
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion - sliced
1/2 red pepper - sliced
handful green beans - 2 inch pieces
handful spinach leaves
Preparation
- marinate frozen shrimp, lemon and spices together…
- while marinating, slice up the pepper and onion, blanche the beans, and heat the oil until very hot
- Throw the shrimp into the hot oil, stir and turn until turning pink.
- Add in the onion, stir for 30 seconds, add in the pepper, beans, and spinach
- Fry until spinach wilted - about 30 seconds
- Serve over steamed rice
