Ingredients

1 1/2 tbls unsalted butter, cold and thinly sliced into 10 pieces

1 medium banana, thinly sliced

1/2 c. pecans, chopped

3 Tbls dark brown sugar

1 7.5-oz tube refridgerated buttermilk biscuits

Preparation

Heat oven to 375F Drop butter in the bottom of muffin tin. Arrange the banana on top. Sprinkle the pecans and brown sugar over the bananas. Top each with bisquick. Bake until golden brwon, 80 to 10 min.
