Ingredients
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 carrots, cleaned and shredded
2 t. caraway seeds
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 c. Alessi white balsamic vinegar
1 apple, quartered and thinly sliced
1 c. ham, cubed
Preparation
Sear cabbage and carrots in oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients, except ham, and simmer 5 minutes; add ham, warm, and serve.
