Ingredients
No Roll Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
3 tbl powdered sugar
1 stick butter
Broccoli Quiche:
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup Chedder Cheese
3 eggs
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 cup uncooked broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
No Roll Crust:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a ball. Pat into 9" pie pan or quiche dish and bake at 425 degrees until lightly browned.
Broccoli Quiche:
Add broccoli to pie shell. Sprinkle with cheeses. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over the cheese and broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
