Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

1 med. onion, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

5 small potatoes, salted

Sauce:

1 small can tomato paste

1 small can water

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. oregano

fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Place onion, peppers, and potatoes in covered microwavable dish. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir, microwave for another 5 minutes.

Cook pork chops until no longer pink in center (this can also be done in microwave).

After meat and veggies are cooked separately, drain chops and pour on veggies. Prepare sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients. Pour over meat and veggies. Microwave together, covered, for another 5 minutes.
