Ingredients
1 Lb hard salami from the deli, cut into 3 chunks, then cubed
1 lb. cheese filled tortellini, cooked and drained
1 can pitted black olives, pitted
1 red onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 bottle of your favorite balsamic vinagrette salad dressing
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill about 1 hour for flavors to meld.
