Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb. ground pork

1/2 lb. ground veal

1 cup breadcrumbs

dash Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion

dash salt

dash pepper

2 T. milk

1 egg lightly beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a non-stick or well-greased meatloaf tin. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until internal temp at center is 160 degrees.
