Ingredients

1/3 cup quinoa, rinsed

1 tbsp organic honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup blueberries

1 banana sliced

1/3 cup low fat organic milk

Preparation

Combine quinoa and 2/3 cup water in small saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 12 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in honey and cinnamon. Divide between two bowls, top with blueberries, banana and milk.
