Preparation

  • (1-1.5 Cups) Quinoa - cook until tender in rice cooker.
  • 1/2 Green and Red peppers chopped very small.
  • Dried cranberries to taste.
  • 1 Large Lemon (juice)
  • Olive oil (2T or to taste)
  • 1/8 C Parsley
  • Mint + Spices to taste
