Ingredients
Quinoa:
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water (to cook the quinoa in)
Onion and Blueberries:
1/2 onion
nutmeg
salt
sugar (optional)
1 Tbsp Merlot or other wine
1/3 cup blueberries
Preparation
Prepare quinoa by adding the quinoa to the water and bringing the mixture to a boil for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.

Add the blueberries and nutmeg, and the splash of wine take off the heat and stir the mixture a few times.
