Ingredients
1 pkg. Quorn Meatballs
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
½ tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. paprika
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt & ground pepper
Preparation
Whisk together all of the ingredients until sugar has dissolved and cook on low for 5 minutes until; cool.
Grill meatballs for about 10 minutes. Brush the with sauce and continue to grill, turning frequently and continuing to brush with sauce until meatballs are cooked through.
