Ingredients
4 large room temperature eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
8 oz melted butter
1 1/2 cups Dutch cocoa
2 teaspoons real vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup finely shaved high quality semisweet chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees then butter and flour your pan. Beat your eggs till they are a light yellow color and are very fluffy. Add both sugars and stir to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and again stir to combine. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes. To check for doneness I feel the center of the brownies to check for firmness, you can also use the toothpick method. When done remove from oven and let cool then cut into squares and enjoy.
