Ingredients
2-4 chicken breast (bone-in)
2 cans chicken broth
2 Carrots Chopped
4 Celery stalks Chopped
1 large Onion Chopped
Rosemary to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bag frozen corn
Egg noodles
Preparation
Boil Chicken breasts with plenty of water. Add broth as needed. Skim fat. Add carrots, celery and onion to broth while cutting up chicken. Add chicken back into broth. Toss in some Rosemary, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer about 1 hour. Add noodles and cook slightly less than package directions.
