Ingredients

2 cups Thin Noodles (Shariah)

3 1/2 cups Beef Stock

1 teaspoon Salt and pepper

1/4 cup almonds – silverd and bleached

1/4 cup raisins

pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Fry Noodles in Margarine till it is dark brown.

Add stock, salt, peper, nutmeg and bring to a boil till soft. Let cook uncovered until most of the water is absorbed.

Meanwhile, heat the 2 tablespoons of corn oilr in a small pan fry the almonds until slightly brown ( you can buy fresh almonds, boil them and peel as they are hot ). Add the raisins to the almonds, stir for few seconds until fluffy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Put the noodles on a plate and Garnish with the almonds and raisins.
