Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp
1 can crabmeat
small purple onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
1-2 cups mushrooms, sliced
4 tsps. fresh rosemary
8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
orzo
Preparation
Cook orzo as directed. Saute veggies until desired tenderness. Add cream cheese and rosemary. Serve over orzo. Yummie!
