Ingredients
1 cup whole-wheat macaroni
2 cups canned red kidney beans (drained)
2 cups cauliflower/broccoli (chopped)
8 springs of green onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup soft margarine
extra salt to taste
Preparation
Cook macaroni as directed on package adding 1/4 tsp of salt. When pasta is almost cooked, stir in margarine, chilli powder and oregano. Mix in remaining ingredients,cover and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn off heat, serve immediatly.
