Ingredients

1# favorite pasta tubular cooked.

2 medium tomatoes red

1 small red onion diced

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup of olives pitted and chopped

1 cup feta chesse crumbled

1/2 cup chopped basil fresh

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups SK Sun dried tomato oil or extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, olives, feat and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently to coat.

Toss with warm or room temperature cooked pasta and serve.
