Ingredients
1 tbsp dry yeast
2.5 cups milk (scald, then cool to yeast temp)
1/2 cup melted butter (yeast temp)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in milk. Add butter, salt, sugar and flour. Let stand for 8 hours. In morning, separate yolks and stir in. Beat whites until fluffy and fold into batter. Add pinch of salt.
Note: the batter will be thin.
