Ingredients

300 ml or 1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour

15 ml or 1 tbsp Baking powder

1 ml or 1/4 tsp Salt

500 ml or 2 cups Kellogg’s Raisin Bran* cereal

250 ml or 1 cup Milk

75 ml or 1/3 cup Liquid honey

1 Egg

45 ml or 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Stir together flour,baking powder and salt.
  2. In large mixing bowl, stir together cereal, milk and honey. Let it stand 2 - 3 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.
  3. Add flour mixture,stirring just until combined. Portion batter evenly into lightly-greased or paper-lined muffin-pan cups.
  4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) 18 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
