Ingredients

2 lbs of Pork Knuckle, Hock, or Bone

2 lbs Chicken Bones (or Wings)

1 Onion

1 Leek (Green Part Only)

1 oz of Ginger (peeled and sliced)

6 cloves of garlic

1 tsp of salt

Preparation

  1. Add Pork and Chicken to Pot and fill a little past the top of the Pork and Chicken

  2. Bring to a boil then simmer

  3. Add rest of ingredients

  4. Remove meat excess at the top through out the whole time
