Ingredients

Bag of shredded cabbage

4 green onions chopped

1 pkg Ramen noodles (oriental flavor)

Toast: ½ cup slivered almonds

Dressing:

4 T rice wine vinegar

½ teaspoon pepper

spice from Ramen noodles pack

2 T sugar

¼ cup peanut oil

dash of salt.

Preparation

Put dressing on cabbage and let it soak in, tossing occasionally. Before serving, add green onions and crunched up ramen noodles and slivered almonds.
