Ingredients

1 cup sesame seeds, toasted

1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

4 packages uncooked Ramen noodles (discard spice packets)

1 cup sliced green onions

1 package ready-made slaw mix

dressing:

1 cup oil

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup red wine vinegar or rice vinegar

3 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

Preparation

Toss salad ingredients together. Mix dressing until sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad. If prepared ahead, leave nuts, seeds, and noodles aside until ready to serve. Add chunks of baked chicken if desired.
