Ingredients

2 cups of cup of ramen/ any flavor

2 cans white tuna

1 large tomato diced

1/4 onion diced

1 green pepper diced

1/2 head romaine lettuce

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup cilantro leaves

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp green onion

dash of salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour hot water to both cups of ramen noodles and let sit for about 3-5 minutes until cooked. Drain liquid and place in large bowl.
  2. Add 2 cans of tuna.
  3. Cut all vegetables; onion, tomato, pepper, etc.. and place in bowl.
  4. Add seasonings; mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
  5. Toss salad making sure that lettuce and all ingredients are well coated.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins. Ready to serve.
